Literature Reviews for Engineering, Forestry, Health Science, Land & Food Systems, and Science
This workshop is appropriate for students conducting literature reviews in Engineering, Forestry, Health Science, Land & Food Systems, and Science.
- What is a literature review?
- Select the right databases
- Search strategies for databases

- Resources to help you keep track of your research
There will be three breakout rooms for hands-on time for searching, and assistance from the presenting librarians:
- Health Science
- Forestry & Land and Food Systems
- Engineering & Sciences
Please note that literature reviews are different from systematic and scoping reviews (see how). Check for systematic and scoping review workshops.
If you have any questions, concerns, or accessibility needs please email Kyle Gailling at email@example.com.

Attendees are encouraged to update their Zoom desktop client or mobile app to Version 5.3.0 or later before the session if possible. This will allow them to self-select breakout rooms by topic in the second half of the session. (Can't update? Not to worry, attendees with earlier versions of Zoom will be added to break out rooms by the moderators.)
