Workshop Description
This workshop is appropriate for students conducting literature reviews in Engineering, Forestry, Health Science, Land & Food Systems, and Science.
Topics include:
- What is a literature review?
- Select the right databases
- Search strategies for databases
- Find scholarly articles, theses and dissertations, books, and more
- Resources to help you keep track of your research
There will be three breakout rooms for hands-on time for searching, and assistance from the presenting librarians:
- Health Science
- Forestry & Land and Food Systems
- Engineering & Sciences

Attendees are encouraged to update their Zoom desktop client or mobile app to Version 5.3.0 or later before the session if possible. This will allow them to self-select breakout rooms by topic in the second half of the session. (Can't update? Not to worry, attendees with earlier versions of Zoom will be added to break out rooms by the moderators.)
