At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Recognize the characteristics of an effective visualization
- Format data for visualization
- Create a simple visualization using Tableau software
To participate fully please follow the pre-workshop setup instructions and install Tableau before the workshop: https://ubc-library-rc.github.io/tableau-intro/. Consider also registering for Designing dashboards with Tableau on April 25, which builds on the skills developed in this workshop.
