and statistical analysis. This beginner orientation is suitable for people

right tool for your data analysis needs and introduce R terminology using
the RStudio interface.\n\nThe workshop is one hour long\, followed by an
optional 30-minute practice period to reinforce what you learned or consult
with the instructors. Workshop materials are available here:

need to install the latest versions of R and RStudio on your computer
before the workshop:\n\n\n	Install R from
 https://cran.rstudio.com/\n	Install RStudio from
 https://rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download\n\n\nAbout this

30-minute practice/review period with support from the instructors. The
goal of the series is to introduce participants to the data analysis and
visualization potential of R and to encourage further self-paced
exploration. Other workshops in the series offered this term
 are:\n\n\n	Introduction to the tidyverse R package\, July 31\, 2025\,
 2-3:30 pm\n	R Showcase: Statistics Canada Microdata\, August 14\, 2025\,
 2-3:30 pm\n	Data manipulation with dplyr\, August 28\, 2025\, 2-3:30
pm\n\n\nIf you have any questions\, concerns or accessibility needs please
