SUMMARY:Applying Critical Theories towards Collective Access in Research and Community Practice
DESCRIPTION:This 90-minute online workshop explores how critical 
 frameworks—specifically queer theory\, critical disability theory\, and 
 institutional ethnography—can inform and strengthen community research 
 and practice. We consider how these theories challenge dominant models of 
 health and inclusion. We will use short activities to foreground points of 
 alignment with embodied research approaches that center lived experience 
 and relational knowledge. Using a facilitated design-thinking process we 
 will create a preliminary critical access design or action plan that 
 centers collective wellbeing in a specific campus or community research
