 Effective research writing is not just a skill\; it’s a disciplinary 
 practice shaped by the rhetorical norms\, analytical moves\, and 
 communicative expectations of your field. Using research-informed 
 frameworks\, examples from published studies\, and guided mini-exercises\, 
 we break down the logic and core features of successful academic writing. 
 Whether you’re drafting your first course paper or preparing to write 
 your graduation thesis\, you’ll leave with practical strategies used by 
 successful researchers.\n\n\n\nFacilitator: Dr. Xuan Zhang\, Centre for 
 Writing and Scholarly Communication\n\n\n\nLocation: IKBLC\, Level 3\, 
 Dodson Room and on Zoom. Registrants receive the Zoom link 1 day prior to
