 the format required by the Faculty of Graduate Studies?  When preparing the 
 dissertation or thesis for submission\, students must follow strict 
 formatting requirements. Any deviation from these requirements may lead to 
 rejection of the dissertation and delay in the conferral of the degree.  
 Would you like to know more about how to use the formatting features in 
 Microsoft Word? Research Commons instructors will help you with your 
 questions about the nuts and bolts of formatting: page layout\, numbering\, 
 headings\, front matter\, and more.\n\nThis workshop will also cover the 
 basic resources that are available to help you with writing your thesis and
